We are proud to announce that TLI Group has been shortlisted by The National Procurement Awards as a finalist in the Best Procurement Transformation Award – Large category.

This achievement recognises the collective effort of colleagues across the organisation who have played an important role in our procurement transformation journey.

What began as an initiative to strengthen processes, controls and compliance has grown into a wider transformation programme centred on governance, transparency, collaboration and delivering tangible business value. Being shortlisted for this award is a fantastic acknowledgement of the progress made and the dedication shown by teams across the business.

A sincere thank you to our Procurement and Business Transformation teams, operational teams, business leaders and support functions whose commitment, knowledge and support have helped make this journey possible. We would also like to extend special recognition to our procurement leader, Declan Molyneaux whose leadership, vision and drive have been instrumental in achieving this milestone.
