TLI Group, a leading provider of critical utility infrastructure, has achieved a significant milestone by designing and constructing fibre optic networks to its 170,000th home and business on behalf of SIRO. SIRO, a joint venture between ESB and Vodafone, is tasked with designing and building a state-of-the-art fibre-to-the-building (FTTB) network that delivers the highest possible speed of internet connection using optical fibre which runs directly into the customers property.
The milestone was recently achieved when 18 premises at the Clúid Housing & Kerry County Council housing development in Chamfers Place, Tralee were connected to the SIRO Network. With their extensive experience, TLI Group has successfully designed and deployed fibre optic connectivity to many homes and businesses across the country, thereby ensuring that residents and businesses have access to a world-class fibre optic network. This milestone not only demonstrates TLI Group’s technical capabilities but also their commitment to helping SIRO help their customers to bridge the digital divide and enabling digital transformation in communities.
