TLI Group is delighted to bring you a significant project update on the Dual 33kV Enniskillen Southern Bypass Recovery works carried out on behalf of our client, NIE Networks.
To facilitate the forthcoming Department of Infrastructure project to bypass Enniskillen, NIE Networks required the removal of 12 spans of Dual Circuit 33kV overhead lines leading into Enniskillen.
TLI Group were thrilled to be awarded this contract in August of this year and successfully completed the erection of the Terminal Tower on the Dual 33kV Enniskillen line recently, following the offline construction of the new SL4 DT tower under the existing line. Works will conclude in the coming weeks with the recovery of the existing overhead lines and towers from towers 857 to 846 inclusive over the proposed River Erne Bridge development site.
