Materials Procurement
TLI Group has a dedicated materials management department for the management and control of materials required for various projects. The department has developed a team dedicated to ensuring the Just-In-Time (JIT) and value engineering management principles are implemented efficiently and effectively.
In addition to materials management this department has environmental and waste management policies which ensure all materials procured and the associated packaging is disposed of safely and in an environmentally friendly fashion.
